When you type a name, location, or other detail into a search tool, the request goes to the third-party provider operating that tool. Madison County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the request under its separate privacy policy.

If you email us or send a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
